With over 28 years of experience, I am a seasoned coach, facilitator, trainer, and HR practitioner dedicated to unlocking human potential. My career spans diverse industries—manufacturing, mining, telecommunications, automotive, and management consulting—where I’ve spearheaded programs that foster engaged and committed workforces. Rooted in a psychology background from the University of Indonesia, I blend behavioral insights with practical strategies to help organizations meet their goals.
Since 1996, I’ve trained, assessed and coached over 5,000 individuals across more than 20 leading organizations. My participants / clients coming from industry giants like Pertamina, Aneka Tambang, Freeport, Astra Otoparts, Telkomsel and Sofyan Group, as well as innovative programs like Google Bangkit and institutions such as FISIP UI, Universitas Gunadarma, Akademi Pimpinan Perusahaan, Universitas Trisakti.
